How to request deletion

Send an email to contact@sentt.co with the subject "Data deletion", including the email and, if applicable, the WhatsApp Business number associated with your account or your company's account. We will confirm receipt and process the request.

What gets deleted

We remove the personal data linked to your account and to the WhatsApp channel connected through our platform — including integration credentials and tokens and conversation history — except for data we are legally required to retain.

When a number is connected via Embedded Signup (Facebook Login for Business), the corresponding access tokens are revoked and erased when the integration is disconnected or upon your request.

Timeline

We process deletion requests within 15 business days. Data we must keep to meet legal obligations is retained only for the period required by law and then erased.
